Unprofessional staff and ridiculous pricing.
The self-printing service is painfully slow if you’re using a QR code to get the retrieval code. Also, if your document has a signature, you can’t print it yourself—you have to ask the front desk, which is fine, but they charge a $2.50 “surcharge” as shown on the receipt, which makes no sense. They didn’t even acknowledge me before starting the process. I was printing just a few pages and ended up paying more for the surcharge than the actual prints.
What is the fee even for? A tip? If so, that’s a joke. I’ll be going to UPS from now on.

I am traveling and needed to ship a package, I had no supplies.
The staff was welcoming, friendly, patient, and helpful. They made the process fast and easy and even helped me print a few documents. Multiple staff members helped me with the same level of care and attention.
Thanks to the staff there!

Blah . What happened to all the computers? The two left are slow as hell and there is no way to add money to the charge to print after you wait 500 years to print your document. Person on the phone said they can do email to fax and so I drive all the way over there and the person there said that they couldn’t. I want my $5 back lol.

The place is amazing—clean, well-illuminated, and with great potential to be the best FedEx in the region. However, some of the staff (not all) are very disappointing.
I went in the morning to print some documents, and they did it at the counter without any issues. At the end, they told me that next time I could use the self-service machines instead.
Later, I needed to print a few more documents, so I went straight to the same place where I had printed in the morning. This time, a lady told me that if I printed there, they would charge an extra $2.50. The staff in the morning never mentioned that, and I hadn’t checked my receipt before, so yeah—I lost $2.50!
I then tried using the self-service machines, but I spent 20 minutes struggling because the machine was stuck. I asked a lady for help, and she told me to close the application and get in line, which had almost 10 people. After 10 minutes, a woman walked into the store to print, and the same staff member sent her straight to another cashier—who had never tried to help me.
Then, she looked at me with that “I love my job and helping customers” expression (note the sarcasm) and asked if it worked. After that, she sent me to the back of the line behind the woman who had just arrived. I waited patiently again.
Finally, a guy printed my documents, and once again, they charged me $2.50 without saying anything. I told him I had been waiting for 20 minutes. At that point, the woman noticed I was upset and finally decided to help, admitting that the machines weren’t working—which meant it wasn’t my fault.
Anyway, I wasted 30 minutes dealing with people who clearly love their jobs…

Very disappointed in that locations customer service, attitude and follow through! Two back to back very bad experiences with them. Making time on Monday to speak with manager of that location.!

Easy to get in and out of which is always appreciated. Not much parking and be aware that some of the adjacent parking will tow.

Idk I came to this location a month prior to ship a scooter back to the seller and it successfully got shipped and sent out same day. My scooter is returned to me by the company and is “fixed” but I keep running into issues so I go through process to send it again. Come to this same exact location to ship it back again, see the actual manager that helped me the 1st time, and am told immediately that they can’t ship it. I say ok why, they explain they can’t ship items like scooters through this location, I have to go to a much farther central location. Gives me the phone to talk to customer service for help and on the phone the service agent actually tells me it is not FedEx policy, it is up to the discretion of the branch and I just need to figure out what location will ship it. Then I get off the phone and the manager who was helping me asks if I got helped on the phone, to which I relay the info from the customer service line, he says that’s incorrect and it is policy, I tell him last time I came to this location I shipped it successfully and that’s why I came back here, he just tells me that whoever helped me just must not have known….I wait for him to finish only to actually tell him that he was indeed the same person who helped me the first time. To that he says all this stuff about he is new and just must not have known…doesn’t make sense and he still never showed me any policy that stated that and I am sure he would’ve known the first time as assistant manager…..not sure why this was a big deal and if it was how he stated it was, the customer service agent would’ve been able to relay the same info he did, but they did not.

Unprofessional. They'd much rather gossip amongst themselves and leave you waiting for a friggin stapler without even an acknowledgement. Meanwhile, you've got time sensitive documents and you need to go!

The black woman who works here is so selfish and unhelpful.Came in 11/6/23 at 1:05pm.Asked if there's a mailbox in here and she said "I NEED TO CLOCK BACK IN FROM LUNCH"So the unhelpful fat white guy said "no"The kindhearted Hispanic guy jumped in and told me about the mailbox on the corner. Third times the charm I guess.
