“The store representative showed me kitchen chairs, while I looked around further as a second option. Once done, I said, I will like the ones he should be at first. The order was placed. After further thought that evening I decided to call the store, to further learn the sales rep. did not place the order for the agreed upon item.
I am so happy for Thomas. His customer service is stellar! Thank you Thomas for your patience, kindness and easy to work with to get me what I wanted from the the start. Order is slated to arrive next week and trust that will be indeed the right chairs.”
“I gave the salesman at sleep world a difficult and they did wonderfully. I needed a queen mattress immediately And not too expensive. The floor model was perfect and they helped us fit it in the back of our Honda pilot. They even made the experience kind of fun!”

“Needed mattress encasements ASAP due to buying new mattresses because of bed bugs in kids bunk bed. There were only 2 of this product left. One in Greenbrae and one in sf. The guy in the San Rafael location located which two stores had the last two encasements! Everyone at all stores were very friendly and empathetic and they solved my problem!”

“Moved into a new home and needed to start from scratch. Joey helped us out over multiple visits and was both professional and friendly. He is in tune with latest trends and tastes so he can definitely guide you if you’re not sure what you’re looking for. He was patient and thorough in showing options that fit to your needs such as your room size, tv size, viewing distance, household size, etc. He does push you to put a deposit down but I understand that’s the nature of his job in sales.
I bought multiple big items: sofa, tv stand, dining table & chairs, and a dresser. They aren’t the highest quality items but for the price, I am satisfied with them. Beats out a lot of direct to consumer brands in terms of value. Not the most stylish but functional and comfortable.
The delivery was a great experience as well. The crew was careful with both the furniture and my home/ hardwood floors. They took off their shoes without asking and used a thick blanket of sorts for protection.”

For my family's health I wear an N95 in public places, and when I walked in, Sheryl looked at me, picked up a beautifully patterned KN95 from behind her desk, and put it on without comment. Is this store a portal to the year 2021?? Weeks later, I am still stunned by this seemingly small gesture. This is better care than I receive at medical appointments! I'm so grateful that Sheryl sold me excellent products that have improved my sleep but also met my access needs. I've been recommending this shop to cautious and at-risk friends. Deep appreciation!”

“John is a very friendly and knowledgeable store manager. I visited the store twice to ask all the questions I had and try out various different chairs. I was there for a long time and he was attentive for the entire time I was there. I bought a chair but ended up returning it within a few hours for my own reasons. John must have not been thrilled to hear this but he handled it well and was still very friendly. Would recommend anyone considering an ergonomic chair.”
