“After many failed mattresses, I went to Mancini's Sleepworld in Berkeley and was assisted by Sorosh in finding the perfect mattress. I am 81 with lower back pain and I navigate with a cane. Sorosh was extremely kind, showed me different mattresses at a slow pace, answered all my questions, allowed me to rest on each mattress as long as I wanted, and afterwards answered several questions by my partner Richard.They deliver seven days a week! All in all a totally satisfying experience. Highly recommended,

“I wasn't really sure if I'd do naturepedic but with tons of mattress research and high reviews, I decided to try it out. I did a walk-in and was met with fantastic customer service from Sheryl helping with me trying out different mattresses (Sleep365 + Naturepedic) that fit my needs (very plush), wool/latex toppers, and latex/down pillows with some quotes to think on by email. I was able to have time to think about it and then come back to decide by taking a nap to do a trial, ended up with Concerto Naturepedic with Coyuchi Down pillows because I instantly was falling asleep and felt like I was on a cloud. The delivery was estimated a few weeks wait and it was totally worth the wait! Got my old mattress removed and the delivery guys helped to setup. Happy with my purchase after a couple of months of testing it and have the terrible back pain/constant toss and turn wake ups as before and am able to sleep so much better! Thanks Sheryl for the assistance. If you're tired of trying out those budget mattresses that don't last after a few years I would highly recommend Sleep 365 store to test out mattresses and talk to a specialist. Very happy to get a mattress that will last for many years and provide better support”

I loved knowing who was making my wallbed and having it be in the same city as me.In 2018 I purchased a lateral queen wallbed with accompanying cabinetry from them. Since then I unexpectedly had to move twice and it is still super solid. I don't think cheaper options from another company would have been the same story.Astrid and Abraham are always amazing to work with. During the last move I had a small snag with the size of our corridor and called them in a bit of a panic. Within five minutes they were able to walk us through disassembling the front piece to be small enough to fit.Highly recommend!”
