About The Loop Carwash with Shell
The Loop Carwash with Shell is a convenient and nice location right off the freeway. It is a great alternative automatic car wash in Berkeley. The employees are very nice and the prices are not too bad. While a few spots may remain, it gets the job done for a shiny car. There is a rewards program offering $1 off and a free wash, which is a great option for regular customers. It can get busy, but going at slow times helps avoid the line.
Rinsed poorly and didn’t dry the car well so there were soapy lines dripping down the front windshield

My car was never rinsed, so I have to go get another wash somewhere else to remove the soap. Also, the machine is very slow and created long line. I appreciate that they gave me a full refund when I asked in the store.

Not a bad wash for the price, though there are usually a few spots after I have to hit with a towel. I go at slow times (ie. Sunday at 9am, Tuesday at 11am…) so I rarely have to wait in the dreaded 5+ car line.
