“Ty so much to the gentleman who helped me today, I came in at 5:40 am and it seemed closed but definitely the guy saw me in the window and helped me out with the best customer service! I asked for coffee and he asked me if I wanted cream and sugar and also told me the names of the sweeteners they had, and so he got me what I needed!! I didn't catch his name! But 5 stars for his humble and pleasurable service!!! I'll be back Loop & Co.! God bless!????”

“Like any other Shell Gas Station,
However it's one a 1-way street on 1 side so getting to it is a bit tricky. Clean. More safe than a few blocks either direction.
Married, white, Female in late 30's, will get gas with ATM card late night/early morning just fine.”
“A great location to get your car wash! It's a struggle to find automatic car wash services in Berkeley. This location is a great alternative car wash to the Chevron on Telegraph Ave which is temporarily closed. I like to keep my car shiny, and this gets the job done.A very friendly salesperson told me about the rewards program. If you enter your phone number, you get $1 off every car wash, and the 6th car wash is free. This is a great option for regular customers. FYI that if you want to utilize this rewards program, you likely have to go checkout inside and get a code for the kiosk, since you need to enter your phone number. Will be coming here regularly for my car wash needs!”

“They recently remodeled their convenience store and that it is. I like their coffee counter, because they must too! Fresh, with refrigerated cream dispensers, (not those little thimble sized containers that take forever to work out, leaving alot of plastic waste). There are alot of other nice options to customize your Java experience.”
“Great friendly staff ,very helpful, reasonable prices on everything, convenient location with ample parking, they look like they don't let any homeless hang around, I saw one employee asking them to leave when noticed, well lit at night,”
