While asking what colors they have available fot a certain shoe* the employees simply state that they don't know. That makes then shopping experience very poor. Vans should prepare staff a lot more than that.
Takes forever to checkout my things and dont even give discounts for waiting 20 minutes to pay and they dont have a lot of varieties of shoe sizes.
