“Exceptional service. Employees are always kind and helpful. Had a run in with a strange third party website in their store on the photo machine. The employees quickly reached out to the owner who reached out to me and resolved the issue promptly. The owner then reached out to me via email with a very courteous and professional response. They were in no way responsible for the mix up, yet they took accountability and wanted to make it right. Mail depot went above and beyond to be of service, that seems to be rare these days.”

Not only did he volunteer to help get my stubborn key out of my keychain but he did with so with so much appreciation for my business. I take the time to write this because he spent a good 15-20 min with me for a $5.00 sale. I worked at Nordstrom for 12 years, and great customer service is something I always look for and unfortunately, rare these days.. great job Kumar! It's the small kindness people remember. “I like this place for making copies and sending EBAY packages. Give them my memory stick and they print the label right away. I made the mistake of trying another place closer to me, and they told me my memory stick would not work. Went to Postal Connections right after and had no problem whatsoever. I may have to drive a little farther, but it's worth the drive. Great customer service, everyone is very friendly and treat you good. Highly recommend.”

“Maritza is by farrr the best mail carrier in the nation. Not only is she extremely informative about all aspects of her job, she takes pride in giving great service. She also has good timing. She's ALWAYS moving quicky to get us our mail in a timely manner.I've had a conversation with her here and there and she's so kind.
