“Bought a used bike from a private seller and brought it into Trek to have it serviced. They completely dialed it in, greased everything, and paid attention to all the small details to make sure the bike was safe and everything was working like it should.
Customer service was great too. They explained everything they did and made the whole process easy. They even gave the bike back to me cleaner than when I dropped it off. It honestly felt like I was picking up a new bike. Great experience all around!”

“My friend and I came in yesterday to rent a couple e-bikes for a few hours. Both ladies were super helpful and even helped us get the tag along cart for my dog to go in. The ground was too hot at that point for her to run alongside! I had called 20–30 minutes ahead to see if they had any available and they had plenty and immediately offered to pull them aside for us before we even got there. Super informative, super friendly and a fantastic price. 10/10 will be back!”
