The shop in Encinitas, CA worked on my bike and it is working perfectly now! I want to call out the level of commitment and detail that the service and store manager had at the Encinitas staff in resolving the issue. They communicated well and displayed care and pride in their work.

Great experience here. Everyone was super helpful, especially Chris! He pointed me to the right tool for the job and was super helpful in explaining how to fix things myself to save on paying shop labor for easy jobs.

Great service! I had a bad crash on my bike which needed much repair of the handlebar and brake lever and gear shifter. The service guys were great. They completed the repair promptly and to my satisfaction. Bike is as good as new.
