I've been using this bank for years and usually use the ATM bc I'm just doing a simple deposit. I went in today to use the restroom and was just going to go to a teller and asked if I could use the restroom first and the teller told me they don't have a public restroom which is a flat out lie I've used it many times. There's another review on here praising the fact that they have a public restroom. When I told her I've used it in the past she was so rude and said said well we're having work done on it, another lie bc the mens was having work done, not the women's . I'm over this bank, I think I'm better off switching to a credit union that prioritizes customer service. I used to bank with cabrillo credit union for 18 years and switched when they closed their North County location. I now see why they have such low stars here on Yelp, every bad review is based on terrible customer service. It was the short haired dirty blonde older teller who was rude and I'll be sure to go back in and cancel with her in person, after I find a public restroom.

I came in the branch to do a quick deposit and cash back. I was done in less than 10 minutes.

I have found the staff to be nothing but friendly and helpful and consistently so for the last number of years. I am moving out of state and sad I will not have the great service going forward I have received at this branch.I cannot understand the negative feedback, definitely not my experience.

Went in the other day looking to move my business accounts because of the mess that USBank made with their takeover of Union Bank. That’s a whole other story. I was shown to an office and introduced to Brian, VP of something. I started to lean in to shake his hand but he was still staring at his computer screen did not respond, or stand up, as I slid my business card on his desk. I tried to explain the specific needs I have of a bank. Virtually no eye contact or semblance of interest. He showed me a couple screen shots of their programs. He assured me that they would accommodate all of the requirements of my small company, yet I had not even been able to tell him what most of those requirements were. I stood and told him I would get in touch, and he pointed to his stack of business cards and told me to take one, as he was sliding my card back to me (huh?) still sitting at his desk staring athis screen. Folks, a neighborhood/community bank that cares about their customers is a thing of the past. A couple more mergers, and it will become,……..….. not sure, but do know, it won’t be for our benefit

Omg! I don't generally use walk up atm's, and after using it the other day I understand why. The amount of time it took to do a simple transaction made me not feel safe at all! I totally see how someone could get robbed.... Having to wait like a minute after pushing any button is not ok... a trip to the atm should be pretty quick and convenient, this was not the case and that's disappointing.

So frustrated with this branch- "private clientele" nope--don't believe them when they tell you or advertise what this means. It means nothing.

I would give this chase branch 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wish I had read the reviews before I went there because it sounds like most people have a terrible experience there. I went in today to open 4 new accounts and was met by the rudest person- Brian Shelton. He does not deserve your business. He was unfriendly, disrespectful and did not seem to take me seriously at all. It baffles me that they hired such a person to work in a customer service role. I had to make a compliant and immediately left the branch without opening any accounts. I then called the branch in Lecuadia and they informed me that apparently they always get compliants about that branch. You’re much better off going somewhere else.

Seriously the laziest bunch of people work here. The employees do not want to do any work at all. I go to this branch because it is the closest one to my house. I will just drive 5 extra minutes to get better service.

I'll deposit my money elsewhere. The branch manager is incompetent. No attempt to actually solve anything. It felt like the DMV. Go Chase?

Website directs me to go to a branch to sign documents. This branch won't schedule a meeting for me and they don't accept walk-ins. I walked in twice to sign documents and turned away both times by a rude manager that lied to me - teller told me bankers were on lunch, manager told me they were busy in meetings. This branch doesn't even show up on chase website to schedule a meeting. Now, I have to go across town to close my account, and then come back to this branch to empty my stuff from my safety deposit box. Unbelievable.

I never leave reviews, let me say off the bat, so you know this is going to be an important one. I've used chase bank for as long as I remember and this location is by far the worst experience I've had with a bank. Card was reported lost in person, and I confirmed 4+ times in person that it was coming in the mail within the next 5 business days. They told me word for word: "if it doesn't come in the next few days then call us". First of all--why would that even need to happen? Just remember to send me a card please. I then realized after 2 weeks that it was not coming. Mind you-- I'm not usually a Karen about customer service but this was literally my main bank account which I was not able to use for all major purchases/bills for 3 weeks. Tried profusely to call the local banks numerous times in the area only to find none of them responding to my calls/voicemails. Couldn't even get a hold of the national customer service line because none of my information was verifying my identity over the phone. Finally got a hold of a banker at another location and they connected me with a rep after minutes of me thrashing my phone in the air out of frustration I was polite to them but very honest and they didn't give a rip. This is a subjective experience that has destroyed my positive view of chase bank. Thank you, and good night. :,)

Lisa Dispensario, San Marcos Branch, is an outstanding client service representative. Personable and knowledgeable in banking services, local area culture, MDs, and DDM's for those moving into the area. Takes time with the client and makes sure transactions are accurate and un-rushed.

Closing my account because Sara P. And Ambrose breached trust. They have no integrity,/credibility. Beware!
