Came here for paying off a loan and they don’t know what they are doing. Waste 30 minutes of my life and have to do it myself. Bad experience!

I’ve been banking at Chase for the last 10 years of my business and I have over 100s of thousands of dollars in the bank. Went to go cash a $3000 check and they told me that I have to go to my original banking bank. What a joke manager there is a complete joke not friendly whatsoever. What a disgrace.
