Still my favorite salsa, the roasted one. When I have a party to attend I love to brig this with their chips and the markets is quick and easy. I usually end up buying something else too because they have what I need and lots to try.

Best Market/Convience Store in Cardiff. Has groceries that you can’t find anywhere else in Encinitas and also has amazing prices for food such as the candied yams and 1 dollar frosted bread.
El Nopalito has served traditional Mexican food in Encinitas since 1983. You will find their fresh corn tortillas, salsas, chips and guacamole made everyday. Their market carries a variety of Hispanic foods and goods. They have a full meat counter and cook carnitas and chicharron daily, a must try! This family owned business has been a household staple for all the locals and continues to be a part of the small business community.
