From Mateo to Kathy to the woman who runs the front office (I can't remember her name), they all supported each other to make my experience seamless. I broke my 17 year old Emtek door handle, and I looked all over the web for the right replacement. I was able to find the right model on several sites. But, when I went to order it, other online sites suddenly added more fees, or changed the delivery date, or weren't able to source the right model.
