I contact her one day and three days later I had everything I needed. This includes her contacting the doctor, getting MediCare approval, and getting it ALL delivered to me. She kept me in the loop as to every aspect of the process. I don't know about O2 Relief as a company just yet (time will tell), but as an employee Stacy is above top notch. If she is any example of the caliber of employees at this place they should feel very lucky, I know that I am.”

“Received a walking boot from my Dr. For my foot pain and upcoming surgery. Went home and researched the price and it was a fraction of the price on line. Called the number on my receipt and they said to donate it or dispose of it and they would take the charge off my bill. Other than the language barrier I felt it was good customer service”

Not only was she helpful but she was very kind and caring. She got everything shorted out very quickly and made sure I got continuous updates until my package was delivered. She was the best person I have ever spoken with at tandem in my almost 6 years of getting supply through tandem. Her name was Sherry. I just thought I would give her a nice shoutout because of how she handled everything.”
