“Their premium birdseed mix is really outstanding - it’s attracted so many more varied birds to my feeders. I get much prettier birds (goldfinches, scrub jays, and more) in my backyard than I did when I bought birdseed on Amazon. I think this is because their seed is so much fresher than what you get online. I can smell the fresh seed when I open the bag -something I never noticed with other seed mixes. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and have a great selection of feeders. I love supporting a locally owned business by shopping here, too.”

When I have comments or concerns I ask for Amanda she gets things done. I love that everyone here has been here for years you can tell they keep their employees happy.”
“I rarely leave reviews...But i have to give an unsolicited shoutout to Jordan and her team. You can of course buy Tigertail pet food products at local pet food stores, but many don't know the seemingly well-kept secret that the food is made right here and available at their store in Encinitas. Never mind the facebook Ads. for the "Farmers Dog" for expensive frozen food sent by mail. Tigertail can be bought fresh or frozen at a local Encinitas small business for a lot less money. ALL their food and treats are prepared in the kitchen on the premises, and there are several formulas for different needs or preferences for your dog OR you cat!!!”

“Great customer service! We used to go to Petco because it was closer but Petco now refuses to sell 10 crickets at a time because they are having a corporate competition to sell 40 (and now 50) crickets at a time. We have two geckos that don't eat more than 10 crickets every feeding. Petsmart is more than happy to sell us 10.”
“i can hone say this place loves your pet as much as you do. I was accepted into their shop based on another long time customer who also owns a standard poodle, and I have been 150% satisfied. the grooming is great, but the love they have for animals is priceless. i highly recommend them.”

“Low or no stock on my favorite dog food and treats. Only big bags of some items. As we were OUT of our kibble I was forced to buy the 11 pound bag, a lot for my little dog.

“I’ve been shopping here for over a year and today’s amazing experience is just one of many. I time my trips for my days off but got really sick yesterday. I’m out of food but remembered that they have the option of paying for same day delivery! $10 was worth being able to get the Solutions Raw Pork my girls are used to and love so much. I also got the Solutions GOAT Nog and their Pork Jiggles ❤️?? Not only do they have top quality brands but they sell them at the best prices. I drive from Oceanside to shop here because even with gas prices, it’s cheaper than buying the food at closer stores. On top of that, the store is soooo cute and the staff is incredibly helpful and kind. So happy I have a store like this by me. One of a kind gem ? ?”
