“Woof Academy is amazing! Our dog, Sparkle, has flourished from both the training (from the time she was a puppy) and the boarding. The dog lovers who work here know Sparkle personally and create an amazing environment for her and her fellow doggies! Pam, the owner, has created the best dog training, pack walks, and boarding! Sparkle loves it here!”

“I’ve been shopping here for over a year and today’s amazing experience is just one of many. I time my trips for my days off but got really sick yesterday. I’m out of food but remembered that they have the option of paying for same day delivery! $10 was worth being able to get the Solutions Raw Pork my girls are used to and love so much. I also got the Solutions GOAT Nog and their Pork Jiggles ❤️?? Not only do they have top quality brands but they sell them at the best prices. I drive from Oceanside to shop here because even with gas prices, it’s cheaper than buying the food at closer stores. On top of that, the store is soooo cute and the staff is incredibly helpful and kind. So happy I have a store like this by me. One of a kind gem ? ?”

“Very nice folks here and everything you can ever imagine for backyard birds. The bird food is very fresh and smells good! I never thought I would think this about bird food but it does make a huge difference from other places I have bought bird food from.”

“Can I just say I love coming to this place it's so nice to have this store for my animals. All the employees here are animal lovers. I know if I need expert advice I just need to ask. When I have comments or concerns I ask for Amanda she gets things done. I love that everyone here has been here for years you can tell they keep their employees happy.”

“Absolutely great pet foods and treats for dogs and cats made fresh daily. Our cat and dog love their raw food and the pork chomps treat. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who take the time to assist their customers. We can’t say enough good things about Tigertail. Great store!!”

“I just recently took my 14 year old dachshund to Dog In Suds and has such a wonderful experience. Because he's older, he can't stand for long periods of time during a grooming. They let me know that he could sit all that he wanted there and that they work with a lot of elderly dogs. When I picked him up he smelled like HEAVEN! He was so soft, well taken care of, and it just made me feel so good to have my dog tended to for a reasonable cost. Thank you for taking care of True for us. I really appreciate it and appreciate a loving and well run business!”

“This facility is beautiful, with several buildings that are renovated and separated for dogs, cats and rabbits, with caring staff as well as dog walkers to get the animals outside daily❣ I I not only donate regularly to the Rancho Coastal store in Cardiff, but also shop there regularly and find all kinds of wonderful things I need. All purchases help pay for the care of all of the animals at their wonderful no-kill facility on Requeza! We have even adopted 2 cat siblings and a dog from Tijuana over the years which became longtime family members❤”

“Fun place to get toys for dogs and pets. I think that the store could use some more upkeep but it is fun to see the dog toys and stuff available to buy and purchase for pets and animals that makes them happy.”

“I think this employee deserves employee of the year! She is phenomenal! Her name is Bekah from Encinitas store. She was so knowledgeable and caring and took so much time to guide me through saving one of our betta fish and adding a new member of the family remy. What a wonderful sweet girl.”

“Great customer service! We used to go to Petco because it was closer but Petco now refuses to sell 10 crickets at a time because they are having a corporate competition to sell 40 (and now 50) crickets at a time. We have two geckos that don't eat more than 10 crickets every feeding. Petsmart is more than happy to sell us 10.”
