Worst customer service, the ops manager could not make time to assist me they had one hour until closing and could not make anything happen. What a waste of time. Just worried about going home on Saturday, said it takes 45 min to open an account when they had an hour and 10 minutes until close. Pathetic!

Despite being scheduled for lunch and being short on time for our wire transfer, she delayed her break to take care of us. Her customer service was outstanding and truly appreciated!
