Let me begin..im not a member there but I've had to go there twice this week to cash a check…I was over taking by the big smiles and the welcoming energy I felt walking in from EVERYONE .I was greeted by Joselyne tues and today 7/10/2026. I felt like I've known her since the sandbox days. Her soul is genuine she treated me with kindness, positive attitude, great energy, and she has humor 😁 I'm usually the person to make people laugh, but today I got to laugh that made it a memory ( I needed to laugh from a rough week). Joselyne keep up the great work you're doing. If you're reading this You made my day both days. And I'm not going to forget the other ladies I met as well you ladies keeps smiling and sending good vibes as well. Thank you Enterprise for such a great experience🫶🏾 I wish I could just go there on days when I just need serenity because Enterprise definitely has it 💯”

“This branch recently hired Michael Fletcher as VP. As such, it is outstanding. In 2012 Michael helped me open my first Comerica account at the Del Mar Heights branch. His customer service goes above and beyond and he really cares about doing an excellent job for his clients. Over the past two years the Del Mar Heights branch has gone done severely in customer service so I was ecstatic to learn that Michael Is back at Comerica. I have driven 20 minutes out of my way to bank at this branch rather because of the superior standards of customer service that Michael provides.”

“Great idea Wells Fargo ! The ATM machine is inside the building, you use your debit card to open the door when the bank is close for business hours. I was soo cold and I was able to get inside the building, get warm and felt safer to actually be inside a closed area to get $ from the ATM. On another occasion the employees were very helpful when I need it help with my card.”
