“I've never had a bad experience here. I had only the lowest car rate I've ever seen at any bank or credit union, great customer service, fast lines, quick solutions. The only reason I opened up a secondary account at Bank of America, was because a small credit union is not able to fund a PPP loan and I needed that money during the pandemic. I understand people usually leave bad yelp reviews when they're only unhappy, and forget to leave great ones when they are pleased with service.
