“I've never had a bad experience here. I had only the lowest car rate I've ever seen at any bank or credit union, great customer service, fast lines, quick solutions. The only reason I opened up a secondary account at Bank of America, was because a small credit union is not able to fund a PPP loan and I needed that money during the pandemic. I understand people usually leave bad yelp reviews when they're only unhappy, and forget to leave great ones when they are pleased with service. Over the past two years the Del Mar Heights branch has gone done severely in customer service so I was ecstatic to learn that Michael Is back at Comerica. I have driven 20 minutes out of my way to bank at this branch rather because of the superior standards of customer service that Michael provides.”

I was soo cold and I was able to get inside the building, get warm and felt safer to actually be inside a closed area to get $ from the ATM. On another occasion the employees were very helpful when I need it help with my card.”

Lindsey was so patient & understanding of my brain injury. It was so easy. She exclaimed how to operate the mobile app. She assisted in moving my automated bill paying feature! I noticed several geriatric clients like me. Lindsey gave me my todo list which I will attack for our next meeting next week. Now I understand why they outrank other banks due to their service! I can't recall if it was that they couldn't see incoming guests or if it was the guest looking for an attendant. It looked like the guest could not identify if the teller was busy or free. The tellers were professional, attentive and easy to deal with”

I opened multiple accounts and have them all easily accessible with the app. I mainly opened up because of the $200 promotion, but I've had no problems with the bank so far. They do have minimum account requirements and may charge fees but the monthly statements list the ways to avoid the fees.”
