“Hands down best alignment ever. Had my ‘86 vanagon 5 years now, done all my suspension work myself, and over the years have had maybe 6 alignments done getting this car dialed in after upgrades. Anyways, not only was he professional, but my appointment time was top priority! He pulled my car in right on time, that’s rare for repair shops and doctors these days! Top it all off, I’m not kidding, but I can feel the difference behind the wheel. I never could notice before, but I drove a half mile down melrose leaving his shop and didn’t have to steer at all! “This place is amazing, I had the flat tire last night and tried to put the patch on it but it was still leaking the air, went to Discount Tire but they totally refused to take a look even though I got the tires from them and quoted me to replace it. “Discount Tire in Solana Beach California is terrific! I came in near closing time with a tire that had lost a lot of its air. My first step was to have it checked at their unique and extremely convenient free air check. The young man who was working that job was very efficient and friendly and quickly discovered the source of my trouble: a screw that had found refuge in my tire! I had important travel plans for the next morning and really needed service right then. Hugo, a scheduler, saved my bacon. He got me into the shop promptly; the repair ( which they told would be fine for the life of the tire) was done in very good time; AND IT WAS FREE! Though I had been a long time customer of DT in my home town, this particular tire WAS NOT BOUGHT FROM DT (and Hugo knew that)! I have rarely been as pleased with any automotive service anywhere, ever. I will be a DT customer for life.
