“First time visiting the store and got some great deals! Very nice and friendly staff. They also had a great clearance area where I managed to find some Schmincke soft pastels for $1 a stick, just WOW! Nice Velour papers and plenty of pastel pencils to choose from. “Even with the new law forbidding retail of flavoured vapes, this is one of THE finest smoke shops. Unfortunately, they had to get rid of all of their flavored material (& I will never forget this place for having every Flum flavour imaginable... the good old days, at this point). However! They have a thousand other products even outside of smoking culture & habits, like supplement blends, CBD gummies at different concentrations, a middle compartment (a glass case) of pocket knives (some are like, really cute), body jewelry including nose hoops/studs & hoop earrings, sodas, INCENSE in great quantity, and more! I even saw, behind the counter next to the cigarettes, some product called "stop opioid abuse." It might be some type of product to help wean patients off the use of opiates, which is huge. The employees here are always so amicable & chill. I've never waited in a line longer than one person, & the employees are so welcoming that you just naturally get into conversation with them. Still one of my favourite smoke places ever! So neat, clean, & organized! Thank you!”

“Our sister Division (IWS) Imagination Workshop Studio purchases supplies here. It's one place out of two handfuls of Art Department and Special Effects suppliers IWS purchases from and although IWS doesn't get to visit in person for picking up Make-Up and Special Effects Supplies often IWS thinks they are the best in the business because it's been a family business for well over 30 years in motion pictures and television. Among the various supplies IWS stocks up on is mask latex, Silicone, Epoxy Resin, Gelatin, Clay, Bandages, Ultracal or Gypsum Stone, Lab Tools, brushes, straps, and more equipment and supplies.”

“What I do any other person can do. Taking time for myself, and winding down, and getting creative with Art work type projects to have a certain look in my home is a pleasure for me, most especially when our California rainy season hits. So, I gear up with wooden projects that I incorporate with paper. I typically paint on card stock and canvas however, sometimes the artwork I find on paper is exactly what I could have imagined painting. I will show an example.”
“Fantastic art store.They have materials for all sorts of arts and crafts. Pens, markers, paints, brushes, plates, papers, canvasses, metal thread (for jewelry making), beads, alcohol inks, press printing, etc... also easels.They have a small book section for ideas and inspiration.They have crafts for kids, as well as real artist level materials.They have adorable gifts, stickers, games, and fidget toys. So it's also a good shop when looking for presents for some people.You can sign up there for a free store account for a discount, but you need to give them a phone number and email.”

“This is a fine product and a very careful company. I did not know what to expect with a non-wood frame (and I frame my own frequently), but this is excellent. A casual observer will not know. Further, it is a very attractive frame, regardless of material. It came with a backing board (Yea! Surprise) and perfect plexiglass protected on both sides with peel-off padding. The frame was well wrapped in bubble wrap. Keep up the good work.”
“I always love shopping here. They have a variety of fabrics I like as well as the selection of beads, yarn. I'm always able to find what I need. The store is well lit and the aisles are wide. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The cashier always checks as many coupons as possible to give me the best discounts. I've been to the Porter Ranch location but definitely like our store here in Woodland Hills much better!”
“I don't really go to JOANN much, but my experience here was pretty good. This store is giant on the inside, and even though it is very well organized, there is so many things it can be a bit difficult to find what you're looking for so don't be afraid to ask! The workers here were very nice and helped me find the paint I needed within a couple minutes. They seemed to have really great deals on everything. Keep in mind this area is pretty busy on the weekends, so parking may be hard since there are 20 other stores, and the line in JOANN might be a bit long. I believe they are dog friendly, I didn't see any signs saying they weren't.”

“Decent Michaels location, nice shopping center with its own free lot, not the easiest to navigate, but still. The actual store is nice, big, well stocked, pretty easy to navigate. I am not a crafty kind of girl, but I enjoy browsing, see what's new and shop for home decor or photo albums (yes, I still buy those!). I needed a vase kind of a container for a small project and it was easy to find. Nice customer service, better than other locations, no problem using their coupons. Fun place to shop at!”
