“Place is fast and generally clean. They do need to change their spinning microfiber drying system as you exit. With the expensive cars I see here, it’s crazy that they haven’t invested in a new one, usually those should be changed every 6 months, especially with the high volume of customers they have. It’s very worn out. Investing in upkeep will keep the customers they have. My household has 4 memberships there between my cars and my kids.
Only other thing is they sometimes run out of sprays for the post drive through self clean. Overall highly recommend this place. Manager is cool.”
“This place should be called “Lucky Mart”!!! Two Jackpot lottery winners from same Jackpot were sold from this store! It happened in June 2024. The odds of that are probably twice the amount of winning the lottery, period!
The lottery commissioners in Cal said this has never happened before. If I lived in Encino, California, I would be buying lottery tickets here!!! Remember, you cannot win if you don’t play! Never discount yourself from lady luck! It could happen to you! If you do win, you can tip me $AlabamaJenny ?good luck to you!! ?”

“im so upset i went to get my car wash today & they did horrible job i told the guy my budget was 50 max but i really just wanted to get the $19 special and he said we’ll do an extra cleaning and he charged me $30 to round it up to 50 exactly what I had. They did a horrible job they didn’t wipe down my car. I know shampooing is extra, but that wasn’t shampoo. It’s just wiping down that’s something that comes with the car wash what they’re promoting . don’t come here and if you do, don’t let the old man do it. just terrible im so mad i wanted to go back demand money back but i know they weren’t not gonna do that !”
“Our very dirty car left sparkling. Quick friendly service. A comfortable wait area is provided. Cost is slightly lower than completion but the results are so much better. Now, how often have you heard that?”

“The attendant was so helpful! He took my card inside to help me pay for the car wash and brought it back out to me because you can't pay at the wash itself, you have to pay inside. I didn't have to get out of line or anything! Thanks so much for your help! Great customer service! I appreciate it!”
