“I’m so happy with White Oak Mercedes. Before they moved to my neighborhood I never felt confident with the work I tried at other places on my 20 year old E Class. But the team here is very thorough and I’m always confident with their work. The prices are also so good.”
“The absolute greatest experience Ive had with a mechanic, correction, a Master Mechanic. Ken was amazing!!!! Very honest and knowledgeable. Help.me with a smile and ensured that I was fully taken care of. My car is running like NEW!.. Work was completed thoroughly and in a timely manner. If you drive a Mercedes or any other foreign vehicle I STRONGLY RECOMMEND K&W Geman Motors.... Rare to find someone so personable & good at their craft at the same time. K&W is a WINNER!!!🏆”
“Sammy, the owner, is genuinely one of the best people I have ever dealt with in this industry. He is extremely caring, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions so I could feel fully confident moving forward.
I was in and out very quickly, the work was done perfectly, and the pricing was fair. What really stood out was his honesty. After replacing my tires, he checked to see if I needed an alignment. He told me I did not need one and that he did not want to waste my money, even though he easily could have charged me for it.
That level of integrity is rare. This is exactly why I am writing this review. Sammy truly deserves the credit. I will always come back here for tires and any mechanical work.”
“Wonderful! Aaron and Jay helped me in the rain when I got a nail in my tire. Aaron quickly evaluated it patched the tire and got me back on the road in no time. Thank you so much!!!!”
“im so upset i went to get my car wash today & they did horrible job i told the guy my budget was 50 max but i really just wanted to get the $19 special and he said we’ll do an extra cleaning and he charged me $30 to round it up to 50 exactly what I had. They did a horrible job they didn’t wipe down my car. I know shampooing is extra, but that wasn’t shampoo. It’s just wiping down that’s something that comes with the car wash what they’re promoting . don’t come here and if you do, don’t let the old man do it. just terrible im so mad i wanted to go back demand money back but i know they weren’t not gonna do that !”
“Our very dirty car left sparkling. Quick friendly service. A comfortable wait area is provided. Cost is slightly lower than completion but the results are so much better. Now, how often have you heard that?”

“House Automotive rocks!!! I called up John at the last minute for my 2014 Porsche 911 Carrera. There was an error message that was appearing on my dash about my front right marker light. The error message appeared then went away…I sort of thought it was just a bulb replacement. I showed up and a technician checked it out, replaced the bulb, and I was good to go!!! I’m bringing my 911 back for a safety inspection and then a servicing. They are the best!!!!”
