“It's a small shop but the customer service I've gotten both times I've went was above and beyond. The items are a little pricey, but the quality of the items I purchased was worth it. The staff both times were extremely helpful when I wanted to purchase an online gift card. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to support smaller businesses and get away from the giant retailers of the world.”

“I went here to find a gift for a holiday gift exchange. My first visit I was thrilled to find a curated selection of products from books, to notecards, jewelry, candles, bath salts and lotions, to name just a few. The broad selection made it easy to find gifts, and the clerks were very helpful. You can get up to three gifts gift-wrapped for free, and she did an amazing job. Stronly recommend - this store is a gem!”
“I have been coming to this place for years, this review is overdue! It's definitely worth the trip. The store is alway neat with plenty of items! Necklaces, bracelets, crystals, salt lamps, a few spiritual decks and books, and many different candles and sprays. The selection of incense is impressive, and there are some loose/fresh ones as well that smell really good. A few of the candles that I like are sold out from time to time when I go, because they fly off the shelves! Y'all are getting hip ... But they have some new candles, as well as Florida waters, soaps, deodorants, and candles in stock. The owner is always super sweet and makes great suggestions. She is kind and very appreciative of her loyal customers. Definitely check them out if you're in the area. If you're in the Valley then it is no trip at all :)”

“Love the late night, mellow vibes here. Soo many goodies for my eyes to feast upon when entering the shop! So much tantalizing incense! Ohh! Ah! So many cool t-shirts! Look at all these vapes! Wait... am I allowed to say that? Ahem... and such pretty pipes and dab rigs!The sensory overload is strong in this place! I'm seriously not allowed to come in here if I haven't taken my afternoon dose of Adderall otherwise my brain feels like a pinball machine, and my eyes dart back & forth like I'm all hopped up on Mountain Dew, and I end up making too many impulsive purchases. Damn, I really didn't need that box of whippets, 10 different kinds of incense, 3 new bubblers, 5 ceramic tips for my Nectar Collectors, a Costco-sized jar of mannitol, and hey, wait... oops, I believe this gorgeous feline belongs to you guys *nervously chuckles and hands over a purring yet confused Chloe* Yep! That'll be all! Thanks, guys! In all seriousness, Giftworx is a great shop with comparable prices and excellent service. Although I'm a bit vampy, I try to stop by during the afternoon to say hi to Dee and enjoy a bit of existential conversation and sage wisdom. Dee is the man! And Giftworx is the jam!”
“There isn't a product I don't love from Olive U in Tarzana, CA. My daughter, an athlete, uses the Warm Me pillow to ice her knees and absolutely loves it. She says the fabric is incredibly soft, making the icing process much more bearable. Highly recommend!”
“Love having this store on cedars campus! They have a huge variety of chips, drinks and sweets. Lottery tickets, cards and other supplies are available too. The owners are very nice. Open Monday - Friday (and a few hours in the AM on Saturday)”
“Amazing ! Life savers ! I loooooooove this place and this couple ! So sweet and they do such an incredible job ! They made my girlfriends birthday during this Covid time ! I told them that I could give them an old shoe and they would make it look amazing with the way it was wrapped and presented and my girlfriend didn't even want to open up the gifts because they were so beautifully wrapped ! And not only the wrapping - The inside filling and stuffing with tissue and all kinds of things just makes it a fun and awesome gift to open even after unwrapped and I will be using these days for every occasion from now on ! Even if I just want to get a bottle of wine to bring to a friends house or any little gift -they can make it look like a million bucks ! Thank you thank you thank you so much ! “Came by Sand n Surf because we booked a reservation on Bounce to leave our luggage behind for the day as we explored Santa Monica. The staff were very friendly and helpful in checking us in and storing our luggage. We even bought some souvenirs after because we enjoyed the service a lot. They have a lot of different souvenirs to choose from. Highly recommend!”
“This relaxingly hilarious Retail experience turned out to be Super Cool Finds I purchased from shopping here at 'Serendipity Gift Shop,' Studio City, Los Angeles, CA., as referral from 'Muse House Retreat.' I got a box of scented dissolvable soap that were just what I loved, the Grapefruit scents that said, 'Wake the F***' up and 'Manifest That Sh*t,' matches. This store sold lots of funny sounding items here from the couple I just suggested. If you are looking for some humor in life, this is the store to shop. It was such a hilarious shopping experience here: whenever I witnessed another set of 'Shower Streamers,' I couldn't help but cracking up on what the scent and the words had to offer.' I've taken more pics down below to further support this local biz in Studio City, LA., CA. Any ways, I'll be back again next time I'll be in Studio City, Los Angeles, CA to stock up on more humor.”

“Traditions Christmas Shoppe is the absolute best place for Decorations. Especially Halloween. Even though it's called a Christmas Shoppe, it has all Holiday Decorations. Many Vintage, which I love. I placed an order over the phone. Their merchandise is superior. Well made, very detailed and arrives at your door quickly. The Associates that take your order are always nice & go out of their way to help you. I will shopping at Traditions often. It's also a Family Business. It's all good. Great place for Decorations.”

Over the years, I have found the most perfect and unique gifts for my loved ones at Tara's shops. Always on hand to help find the perfect gift, Tara puts her heart and soul into her business. She travels to gift shows all over the country to unearth new and fun items to stock the store. She greets customers with enthusiasm and wraps each gift beautifully. It's rare these days to find an indie-owned business like this one. So many small businesses have had to shutter because of Amazon and then the pandemic made everything worse. The fact that Tara's shop has remained in existence is a testament to her talent, kindness, excellent customer service, and great taste. “I stopped by here with my wife because she wanted to see what t-shirts they have to offer here. When I walked in, a worker greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I told him that I didn't and that I was just browsing. They didn't have a lot of variety of shirts but they had some funko pop toward the back. They also had a decent selection of backpacks. The store isn't that big but it's a good enough space for this store.”
