Monterey at Encino is a venue offering event space and bar services. The ballroom is spacious and allows for creative decorations, suitable for events like baby showers and weddings. Their bar service is easy to work with, providing friendly bartenders, good beer and wine, and thoughtful touches like non-alcoholic beverages. The venue also has a small bar serving food like breakfast burritos and coffee. Downsides include a guest minimum for bar service and bathrooms that are not the best or updated. Parking is available, but watch for potholes.
We were at the little bar on the backside and got a great breakfast burrito, coffee and a generous Mimosa. The burrito had a nice layer of crunchy hash browns and were a good size. We sat outside under the awning with the pup and ate.
