“I had gone back and forth for years trying to determine whether to buy in the L.A. area. I would check in with September periodically. She always knew that I could "get there" even when I myself had major doubts. Finally, this year it clicked. September has a whole team of extremely qualified individuals - from mortgage brokers, inspectors, tradespeople to assistants - who make the whole home ownership process seamless. I am now paying less to own than I did to rent - in a house almost twice the size and on a lot probably three times the size as I was renting. September has a design background so she can see the possibility in homes that you might not be able to. If you're selling your home, she'll be matter of fact about what you have to do so that your house will be snatched up (usually for well over asking). In my case, she was actually able to get me into this new property BELOW market, which is almost unheard of in the current climate. I couldn't be happier with where I have landed as a homeowner again after a 15 year lapse. September will be very patient, but also matter-of-fact when that's called for. She won't want you wasting your time, energy or worry on anything. Bottom line, you've come to the right place if you choose her!”
