Never ever get close to Spectrum. Don’t even think about it. I’ve been having Spectrum home internet for 3 years. They keep increasing the bill without any explanation. There’s no customer service. Very rude people. Ever since I started with Spectrum, they have doubled the bill. They’re ripping people off.

I had an excellent experience at Spectrum today thanks to Paul. I came in just to return my router, and he ended up saving me $35 a month on my 1-gig internet plan and explained everything clearly. He provided helpful information, great service, and went above and beyond. We need more customer service reps like him.

These guys don’t have knowledge of things. I asked to speak to a manager and they said that they don’t have a manager. When I was talking to them about my concern they weren’t even paying attention to me and paying attention to someone that had just walked in that worked there. I’m going to cancel my service with them.

I visited the Spectrum store today hoping to exchange my old router for a new one. Unfortunately, even though I had my ID and could verify I’m the account holder’s spouse, they refused to process the exchange because the account is in my wife’s name. It was a bit disappointing that they couldn’t be more flexible with this policy, especially since I had all necessary identification. I hope Spectrum will reconsider their approach to these situations in the future to ensure customers have a smoother experience. Overall, I think a bit more flexibility would go a long way in customer satisfaction.

Place sucks. People are slow. People have attitudes from the manager down. Went from 5 People to 3. Why is there less people after working hours when customers have the time to come here? Place is shit.

I visited the Spectrum store today and waited over 35 minutes just to ask a simple question. Unfortunately, when I was finally helped by the manager, Melanie, she was extremely dismissive and unprofessional. She responded to my questions with clear frustration, offered no real answers, and treated me with a complete lack of courtesy. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Google got lost in the parking lot. Entered, only left available but she said Turn Right.
The Spectrum store is large and bright. Very clean and pleasing. The clerk welcomed me and pleasantly took care of my needs. Maybe no line but not what I remembered from visiting other locations. One of the first good experiences with Spectrum in a long time.

This place is insanely slow. I’ve been here over an hour and they’ve only helped two people. They’re seriously understaffed. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment online — don’t waste half your day sitting here.
