About Spectrum Store
The Spectrum Store in Encino is a large, bright, and very clean location. Customers visit to shop for internet, mobile, and cable TV services, upgrade products, pick up or return equipment, and pay bills. Staff are described as helpful, thorough, polite, and patient, with representatives taking time to explain details, answer questions, and help find the best deals. While some note there is often a half-hour wait and suggest more employees would help, others report no line and a pleasant, welcoming experience. Overall, it is considered a good place for service and support.

I contacted them about setting up internet service for a commercial property. Although they were not able to handle the installation directly, they were extremely helpful, took the time to answer my questions, and guided me through the process. I really appreciated their excellent customer service and follow-up.
