Spectrum is ridiculous. My elderly mom has a landline with them. I live in NorCal and manage her affairs. The first year she had the spectrum land line, there was always a delay in hearing each other. I called them several times and they told me they fixed it but it continued on and on. She just moved from one assisted living facility to another. Spectrum was the only option in both places. She lived 4 days at the old address. When I called to get them to prorate the bill for 4 of the 30 days, they said "she lives in a non-prorated area" and could not make an accurate adjustment to reflect her actual usage. Instead, they adjusted 1/2 off. If you have a choice of providers for cable, mobile, WiFi or a landline, DO NOT chose spectrum. Horrible business practices and shotty quality services.

They'll take care of your issues but I've never been here without a half hour wait. They have made an attempt to make it fair but the only solution to the long wait times would be more employees

I am absolutely disgusted with the purchase at the Encino store of not one but two Samsung Galaxy A54 cell phones. THEY(the phones) GET EXTREMELY HOT. I am now having Spectrum Warranty Claims order a third phone. When they set up the first new phone the gentleman did not enclose in the box the charging cable or the sim card metal key. With the second phone the sales person refused me keeping the cable and key in the new box. What a mess. Two hot phones, no charging cable, not sim card key. Ok Aaron with Warranty Claims 833-224-6603 was able to get a third phone ordered as well as make the note to give me the charging cable and sim card key. Let's see what happens when I pick up the third phone. At $5.50 a gallon of gas this is an added expense going back and forth.

The worst service ever on this location. The customer in front me, after waiting for so long, has been told to go to UPS to ship back his router so he doesn’t lose his time while he was already in store to give back his router. And for me, after spending 30mn on the phone with the customer service the day before they told me to go to the store and once there they couldn’t help me move my landline to a new address. I just closed my account, that was pretty fast actually.

Avoid this company at all cost. It's nonsense. All these companies go above and beyond to make everything easier on themselves and harder on customers. It's BS. Don't bother bringing equipment here. They'll turn you around and send you to ups. Wtf is the point of spending all this money to build out a store front if you're not going to help customers. Literally no one goes to a spectrum to shop for services. We order it on the phone. Give me a break.

Harvey is the man! He showed us how to adjust the phones to work ! Apple Genius Bar was unable to fix the problem but Harvey did it in minutes. Apple took over an hour with my phone.

They give a promotion to get sucked into using their service. The service is mediocre at best. The biggest problem is they incrementally increase your bill throughout the year. They offer great discounts for the first new client, and after that, it's an exorbitantly high rate, and not as good as AT&T and other companies. Don't use spectrum they suck and the customer service is rude.

Julian was so helpful in the store. I made an appointment on line. I was helped right away and did not have to wait. Julian was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He offered some other options that were not known to me and was very patient in explaining the details to me. The store looked very clean and well kept. I'm a bit surprised about the other reviews online. I guess I was luck to have Julian help me out.

Avoid this location at all cause. All 1 star review is so true. If you dont want to work just quit and do something else. Im your customer not a begger. No wonder nobody wanna go there. Found some other location more pleasant and more smiles. You work for customer service for godsake.

The customer service here is worse than the DMV if that was possible. What is the point of making an appointment if you will just take walk ins ahead of people with reservations. The staff here look extremely unhappy about their jobs and it’s almost like they are doing you a favor by helping you. It doesn’t cost money to smile and be courteous. Management should really think about replacing everyone with younger and more energetic staff.
