Thanks to Yelp and another source I decided on Ken, who saved my trip. He made time for me, showed me the damage and really got the work done quickly. His estimate was very fair; it was obvious he knows Mercedes well. So much so, that if he was in Florida (or vice versa) I'd be a regular customer.”

We ended up making it there around 4:25pm and they closed at 5pm. He was super positive and did a full inspection. He was extremely up-front and helped a lot with my decision. “Recently I had an coolant leak on my 2008 buick Lecrosse which I totally restored. I do some mechanic work myself,but I could not find where this leak was coming from,because it would only leak once pressure built up.so,a friend of mine told me about carzone.i took it to them.Mr.Donald was very nice.based on where the leak was coming from,it took him a while to find it;however,he didn't stop until he did.he also found that my power steering pump which I had recently installed, wasn't pumping strong enough which was causing my steering to be hard in tight places.instead of putting all of the engine parts back,and having me to return and pay for more labor,he changed it in the process. They done a really good job on my car.there are no my leaks,and,my steering is much better.i strongly recommend carzone.”
“I have had my vehicles serviced here for over a decade. The owner Dave goes above and beyond to ensure your vehicle is roadworthy without having to break the piggy bank. Dealerships are notorious for overcharging and taking their time. 60 minute tune offers rides to their customers within a reasonable range. Two fresh pots of coffee are brewed every morning, compliments of Vince (mechanic of 30 plus years). Julie and Trini offer the best customer service, which I find to be rare nowadays. But most importantly… I trust them. Highly recommend!”

“I usually don't visit local mechanics, preferring the convenience of quick lube spots where you can sit in your car (even if they do upcharge). However, my experience with Art and Paul at Exclusive Auto has completely changed my perspective.
I brought my 2017 Nissan in for an oil change and tire rotation, and from the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Art and Paul were not only professional but also genuinely friendly. They performed the services efficiently and had an honest conversation with me about my shocks. They mentioned that while it wasn't urgent, they recommended getting them changed, especially since I make long commutes.
I decided to go ahead with their recommendation, and they handled it for a decent price. The service was top-notch, and I didn't feel like I was being upsold unnecessary services. It's rare to find mechanics who are this trustworthy and transparent.

“Deserve 0 stars I put 4 to get in the front of the line to warn consumers. Place is a full con business and they know how to talk you in and out and all round don't be fooled by charm. Took Prius in for misfire while the engine would make that horrible rumble clunking sound that it's notorious for and it could be the result of several possibilities but Joe just checked the spark plugs and coils and charged me 900+. I took the car home the next day the same problem and when I brought it back he said I never told him there was a horrible noise and continues on to say oh I know that noise it's might be the fuel injection...story tell for real. He told he was going to do diagnostic with computer that will check the, afterwards he tells the computer only test the head nothing else and the only way he knows what the problem is is if he hears the sound, what a joke. Then he tries to school me by seriously talking to me about the engine turning on in a hybrid system he tells me that's normal no s*** it's normal what's not normal is what my car is doing when I brought it into you and after I left. He's a hypocrite when I said I can't talk to you anymore we'll settle this in court he finally lost his cool and snapped and told me have a nice f***g day. What bottom feeding loser, he is very successful in terms of money but he is a bad person rotten human being good business man and he actually admitted that it wasn't the first time someone took him to court and it wouldn't be the last time so there you go and even said he personally loves going to court stay away from this place far far away it's just like any other mechanic I thought it was different if anybody knows of a good mechanic I still need my car fixed”

After searching for brick and mortar store prices near me for Nippon Denso ignition coils, they were really well priced priced, twenty-two percent cheaper or more better anywhere else in the San Fernando Valley and even Los Angeles. Within an hour they had five of them ready as promised. This is my new go to auto parts; I highly recommend them. Great store and nice crew there.”

“House Automotive rocks!!! I called up John at the last minute for my 2014 Porsche 911 Carrera. There was an error message that was appearing on my dash about my front right marker light. The error message appeared then went away…I sort of thought it was just a bulb replacement. I showed up and a technician checked it out, replaced the bulb, and I was good to go!!! I’m bringing my 911 back for a safety inspection and then a servicing. They are the best!!!!”
