“Now that Costco has brought back early shopping for executive members, the experience at this location has been other worldly.
Today I went into the warehouse, returned an item and bought my shopping list all within 17 minutes, including checkout.
Everything was still stocked and hadn’t been thrown into disarray from the daily onslaught of people.

“I like their Gas station setup the best compared to the other Costco's nearby. It's a nice pitstop for me. Not a bad idea to grab a $1.50 Hot dog combo too, since the lunch area is outside of store at this one too.”

“The only thing that I don’t like about Costco in Van Nuys is the crowds shopping there, particularly from Friday thru Sunday. The produce, dairy & baked goods are all well managed. However, individual items tend to have their location changed at random times. I found talking to a Floor Manager in the front really helps. My roommate listed items that were not in stock or are found only during the Holiday Season.”

“Overall pleasant experiences. I come by 1-2 times a month for years. POKE is my personal favorite and must buy each visit. Sometimes I come just for the fresh POKE. The new station is great, and now doesn't have a long line(based on my last few times between 5pm-6:30pm during the week!). Like first time ever ! Two free air stations near the tire store. Easy to use and fast. Generally less congestion than Woodland Hills location . Though usually Woodland Hills location has more Asian food items. The food court kind of sucks, but that's all Costco now that they have set up with kiosk only. I really dislike it, one of the dumbest moves by Costco. I usually stay away during the whole month of December, but we had to go last night weds 12-18-24 around 6:30pm and I was shocked it was crazy packed. Maybe inflation prices has slowed down purchases? (I can notice big increases at most items ). And if you must, rest rooms are consistently clean.”
