I do agree with others that the “adult toy/stuff section has to go. I’m not sure if it brings in “huge revenue” or, “pays their rent bill” with that section, but highly doubt people go to an actual “mall” to buy “actual adult toys” lol. Also, with that said.
I took my teenage kid here and warned about “other stuff” that’s inside , (since I wasn’t sure where the “other stuff” was) and sure enough, I saw a wall full of them so we decided to walk back out.
The adult stuff should be held in a back corner, behind a “glittery shiny reflective banner” to walk through so people can “see a sign that says adults only and walk thru a nice entrance” …. Ya know, kinda like they did back at the “video stores”…. You know… you…. Know…. Owner”
“Very good experience shopping here for Christmas presents. The girl who helped me pick out jackets for my wife and my daughter was great. She was very helpful and did not rush me. Gave me her opinion and answered all questions. They loved the gifts.
I had to make a return because the sizes were not right, and the gentleman who helped me make the return was also very helpful.

“When I visited Tillys I had a good experience I was greeted and welcomed. I requested a fitting room because I wasn’t to sure about their sizing and everything was quick I tried on the pants got the right size and got out. Service was great there were two woman with black straight hair that made my checkout experience quick and easy. I rate my experience 5/5 good service, everything was easy to find, store was neat and very clean, and people at the register made checkout quick and easy. Highly recommend this location.”

“Update: The customer service team helped me to remedy the issue.Bought a few hundred dollars worth of clothing from Express that looked really nice. Unfortunately, one of the dress pants had a button come loose upon first wear.I tried returning in-store and they said that without the original tag I cannot return it, and told me to call customer service. I called customer service and they said to go in-store and there is nothing that can be done on the phone.Yeah... the customer service is that bad. Hoping now that the other pieces of clothing stay in tact, but the back-and-forth just left a bad taste that I don't think it's worth going back anymore.”

“I went here to shop for something cute to wear. They have many rompers and stylish clothes for a night out or to dress casually. I found two really cute rompers. They fit very nicely! The cashier was very nice! I didn't try them on because there was a line at the dressing room. I didn't have time or else I would have waited. Just know you might have to wait and if you do have time then it's worth it! Also, you can return the clothes within 14 days with tags still attached for a full refund. I'll be coming back soon!”

This boutique feels luxurious without the crazy price tag, which I love. They carry all the good stuff: Free People, Rise Jeans, Itsy Ritsy, Binky Bro and everything is so well curated. It’s perfect for showers, birthdays, or literally any occasion, and the women’s clothing is gorgeous and comfy.
Yes, some things can be a little pricey, but they’re always running sales, and I’ve even been handed a coupon at checkout before, so it’s definitely all about knowing how to shop it right. They’re super active on social media too, which helps me catch deals and see what’s new, and you can shop online if you’re not local. Such a fun spot to treat yourself or find the perfect gift!
And the customer service? Unheard of at other stores these days. Here, every associate I’ve talked to has been so kind, helpful, and genuinely happy to be there. It’s like stepping back in time in the best way, when people actually cared and made you feel welcome. Just a total gem of a place!
