There are three employees working, and they refuse to open more than one fitting room. It’s back to school shopping and there is a really long line. It’s really frustrating. I asked an employee if they could open more rooms and she said no.

Been shopping at this pacsun for years, this time has been the best experience I’ve ever had! Clean and organized store. The store has had a whole 360. Christian and his team are extremely friendly and made this shopping experience amazing. Will continue to shop here ! 10/10 no notes

Terrible customer service, I think the name was Amanda. Two girls, super unprofessional. Made a comment about my girlfriend after not putting back an item in the correct spot. She said “lazy POS”. Won’t ever go back, loved their merchandise but not their employees.
