“I always get my tires at Escalon Schwabs. Tony, Staci and crew always friendly and knowledgable. I recently had to have my battery replaced. I thought it pricey and told them I would go to Costco and get one. Well they were patient and waited for me to call Costco. While the battery was almost half the price they only had a 2 or 3 year warrenty with no additional warrenty and do not remove or install old battery. Needless to say I told Schwab to go ahead and put a new battery in plus got a 2year replacement 5 year pro-rate on the age. It was well worth every penny to this senior citizen! I was out of there in 20 minutes of replacing my battery. Thank you Escalon Les Schwab.”

“I appreciated how helpful and polite the team was, and they finished my tires right on time. My issue is with how management runs the front counter. Having only two people upfront—who often have to walk outside with customers—causes massive lines. We waited 30 minutes just to grab our keys to leave. On top of that, no one contacts you when your vehicle is finished. Sending an automated text or phone call when work is done would go a very long way!”

“Pitt Stop did an oil and transmission fluid change that went very well with me supplying the materials for a very reasonable price. Today they changed my front brake pads and rotors after they put my car on their lift and pulled the wheels to show me how much wear was left on the pads and rotors. No other shop offered this service before.

“Great Experience with My Tesla Model Y Performance:
I brought my Tesla Model Y Performance to Northern Tire for tire work in coordination with Charlie’s Rim Repair.
They efficiently removed the tires, sent the bare rims over to Charlie’s for repair, then remounted the tires, performed a full balance, and did a precise alignment.
The whole process went smoothly, and the car now drives much better — smooth and stable on the highway with no more vibration.
Friendly staff and good coordination between the two shops. Would recommend them if you need tire and wheel work done on your Tesla.

“Great business!!! It was 5:15pm on a Monday night when I had a blowout 3 miles from their shop. They were only open till 6pm. I called and asked if they were mobile which they aren’t. Although the owner sent one of his guys in a car to change to my spare within 30 mins and stayed open past 6pm to change all my tires on my 28ft travel trailer. This is the type of business you should give your money to. Not America or discount tire but a family owned business who care about the customers. Thank you again!!”
“Disclaimer: First of all, this location is under new management with the same name. So if you see a bad review from over a year ago, it was not them.
Back Story: I went to Swier Tire many years ago, under the old owners, for a tire change. I was new to owning a truck. They not only overcharged me for a tire, they also couldnt get my spare tire back under my truck and told me to take it to the dealership to have them do it. The dealership wanted to charge me like $400 to do this so I left my tire in the bed of my truck.
Experience with New Management: I decided to give the new owners a chance since the last ones left a bad taste in my mouth.
I already knew what was wrong with my vehicle before taking it there, what needed to be changed, and about how much it should cost.
I took my truck in and the diagnosis was exactly what I expected.
Pricing was also very reasonable.
THE PLOT THICKENS: LET ME TELL YOU, they were refreshingly honest and went above and beyond! That tire that had been sitting in the bed of my truck for years, THEY PUT IT BACK UNDER MY TRUCK without charge. They did it out of kindness because they noticed it. They did tell me it took a few guys to pull the cable back out to secure the tire but it was no trouble.
IT ONLY GETS BETTER: This family owned shop is exactly what you are looking for in a mechanic. Drew, the owner, also has a shop dog who is so well behaved that you wouldn't even know he was there unless you spot him. This gentle giant is a reflection of his owner. I highly recommend them.”

I did have to swap my front tires side to side cuz of the wear I endured being out of alignment, it was drifting to the left(bad side) with the wheel at center. So 20 min of work in the garage and my truck is dead on.”
“Omg Neil is the nicest person, I seriously thought my car maintenance on my car was going to so high like sell ur kidney high ?. He also taught some new stuff. My brakes were squeaking and my first thought they were going to tell me they need to replace them for more money (cuz I’m a female: it does happen) he called me. I saw The caller ID and all I could think is oh ish I’m going to need a new engine. Nope they just needed to be cleaned. They did all the tuneups new spring struts so it doesn’t squeak every time I go over a bump. But I’m a happy camper I ended up paying less than I was expected. Oh I didn’t tell him how much I wanted to spend too. I recommend this place 2,000%. Neil is the man honest business man and he will call u and tell what is wrong or not wrong with the car.
