“I appreciated how helpful and polite the team was, and they finished my tires right on time. My issue is with how management runs the front counter. Having only two people upfront—who often have to walk outside with customers—causes massive lines. We waited 30 minutes just to grab our keys to leave. On top of that, no one contacts you when your vehicle is finished. Sending an automated text or phone call when work is done would go a very long way!”

“These guys are great. They are not called Tire Pro’s anymore. They are Satluj Tires N Automotive. I had an antifreeze reservoir start to leak. Two other places quoted double the price as these guys. Plus they got the reservoir with in an hour and the work less than 45 minutes. I recommend them for honest work and fair pricing. Especially anyone living in the Dry Creek area. These guys are right here Mclure and Yosemite. Also there’s BK next door and Taco Bell and other on the other side of their shop. You can go there and have lunch while they fix your car. I hope they consider becoming a star station for Smog Certs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for automotive.”

“Huge shout out 209 OCTW. I was supposed to be in the American Graffiti Parade but my front wheels were wobbling like crazy. I had no idea what was going on and had no more time to figure it out. My last option was finding a genuine shop who cared and could help.
These two gents not only discovered the issue, but educated me on what my car was going thru. Even pointed out some issues that would need to be remedied asap, with zero implication of up-saleing me since it wasnt even relative to what they do as a shop. Lastly, pricing was reasonable which was great since I asked them a million question. Lol

“I got a bolt in my tire as I was getting off the freeway on my way home from work. Called them at 530pm to ask if they could plug my tire. They informed me that they were closing soon, but if I got there before 540pm, they could plug it for me. I arrived at 5450m, they jacked my car up, and the bolt was too close to the sidewall to plug it safely. They checked to see if they had my size tire in stock. They did and offered to change my tire right then. They saw a nail in the other tire and offered to change that one, too (they were about due for replacement anyways). I also paid less than I expected.
