“I have only been here twice. Once for my 9
Year old son and once for my 17 year old son. Both times I was truly impressed with their customer service! My boys can definitely be picky and so shopping is not always fun. However, our last visit Alan(sales associate) was so helpful! He was a great combination of offering advice, help and also giving my son space. He gave great size and fit advice as well as style explanations. Long ago I worked at Millers Outpost/Anchor Blue and I know how difficult it can be to advise customers when you have an extensive selection of styles, fits, brands, washes. So again I was impressed with his level of knowledge! We left with two pairs of jeans, a very happy 17 year old and even a happy mom! Also love that they do hemming in store!!! The younger boys jeans (most of them) come with the adjustable elastic inside the waiste!!! (Life savers) Plus, they will hem the jeans with no fee which is amazing!!! Next visit hopefully my daughter and I can find some jeans!”

“I am a longtime customer at the Royal Robbins store. I have always loved their Billy Goat shorts, their hiking pants, tee-shirts and the woven belts (that they used to carry). My husband and I first started shopping at Royal Robbins back in the early 1970s when they were in their original location. And over the years we always went to their fantastic warehouse sales, coming home with bags and bags of great deals! But this review today is about my most recent visits, which were yesterday and today. What a great time my friends and I had shopping at Royal Robbins! They've had a really great sale going on for a few days, where on certain racks, the clothes were only $10.00 each! Needless to say, I found many cute things that fit great! I went back today and purchased a few more items and found some really nice pants that were highly reduced. One pair was 70% off! Donna and Rachael were awesome and were so helpful to each of us. My friends and I had so much fun chatting with them while we were shopping and at the checkout counter. What a fun day. I know I can speak, not only for myself, but for my friends as well, that we will be back soon, looking for more good deals!”

“I have been shopping at these stores for 20 years now. From Sacramento to Roseville and now Modesto! Let me tell you, I have found some real gems! I love these stores and they are by far my favorite. I don't think I have ever left empty handed. Very clean and organized. Not to mention, that their cause is near and dear to my heart. And just as a side note... After having read some of these reviews, I don't know why anyone would go to a Thrift store looking to be put on a pedestal by the employees just for the color of their skin! C'mon, just knock the chip off your shoulder and just shop. sorry for the rant.”
“I had a very pleasant experience and was greeted the moment I stepped foot in the store. I was approached by each employee that was present at least once. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy with trying to make a sale. I truly appreciate how much Grace, JT, Christian, Christina, and Erica made my first time experience so enjoyable. I will definitely be back to make more purchases. Shoes are comfortable and fit my style.”

“Love the expansion of the Men's Big & Tall! We found some great sales and we're able to use a 30% off coupon on top of it.
The only negative is how hot it was in the store, apparently that is an ongoing issue. This needs to be fixed for your customers and employees.”
“Went into Kohls in Riverbank today with my mom to shop a little. Dana was absolutely amazing. She did all the things for us. She stopped what she was doing to help locate pants for us the store didn't have and then offered to order them from another store for us. She also helped my mom open up a credit card even though my mom just did the exchange. Amazing customer service!! Thank you so much Dana for making my mom's experience so easy. “I went to Koh's over the weekend to look for pants and capris. I had trouble finding my size and asked a sales clerk a question. The sales clerk, Emily went out of her way to assist me. She not only answered my question, she took time to help me find my size and provided details on the various jeans. She carried a coversation with me and made me feel very comfortable. I really appreciate the excellent customer service I received. She made the experience perfect, I did not feel rushed in any way. I will definitely return to the Riverbank, Kohl's. “Anything you want or need at this store for western wear. F they don’t have it in the store you can have it delivered to the store or to your home. Really helpful and nice staff inside the store. I love my boots. There is plenty of free and safe parking and ADA parking. The store is easy to locate in the Modesto Plaza Parkway. If you need your foot sized or have questions the staff is great. There is something for everyone in the family to get at this store. Their collection will f turquoise and silver jewelry is too much to choose from. Everything is simply adorable.”

Nice selection of current clothing & shoes in the brands they carry. Sunglasses & more. Snowboard, skateboard, or skates..Zummies has the deck, parts & accessories you need. They can also order some items not in house. Nice friendly staff. Modesto & Merced stores are great places to shop!”
