The employees are loud during closing laughing and cursing it's very disturbing especially when children are still present in the mall. It's not okay that the team that was hired is this obnoxious. Multiple stores have complained yet nothing has been done about it. Very disappointing. By far the worst Charlotte Russe.

Mall says they close at 9pm. Had about $500 worth of close my girls wanted to try on at 8pm, and they said they close the fitting rooms early. So we left. On a Friday night before school starts? I guess they don't care about kids or making money.

Train your manager better. I like shopping here but the staff get bothered when asked to open a fitting room. Also, I got ignored and the cashiers were texting on their phone and pretending I wasn’t even in line to check out.
