“Accessibility: no specific handicap parking but there are always parking spots available in front of the store. I am not sure if there is a ramp to get up to the sidewalk though..maybe down in front of another store next to it, but not in front of this one. Experience: this was my first time coming in this store and my first impression is that the items inside are much nicer and high quality than what's displayed outside. That's understandable since no one wants people stealing things outside, but the stuff inside is WORTH stopping by and coming inside. They have truly beautiful cowboy boots, shoes, nice short-sleeve and long-sleeve shirts, belts, shoe and boot cleaner, hats (sombreros), bracelets and more. This store is a really cool place to buy western wear and I highly recommend. The prices are a little bit up there, but anything nice will be at any store; these are great quality items for average or maybe cheaper prices. The man inside working was very welcoming and kind, encouraging us to check things out and ask questions if we needed. This was a wonderful surprise as many other stores treat women differently but this man was so kind and respectful. Please come by and shop local!”

“Can I just say, I got 5 pairs of jeans and 2 shirts for under $300?! I had to do an exchange because my husband decided to buy a whole bunch of oversized jeans online. Needless to say I had to return them all. I got them in a smaller size an extra pair and 2 shirts all less than what he paid for online. They had a sales rack that had an additional 40% off the sales price. They also give you 15% off military discount. Liana H assisted me with the return & purchase and she was able to find the same jeans in the correct size. She was so friendly and made great recommendations.”

“I had a shipping problem where my post office had sent my package back to allegiance. Due to the busyness of Christmas we had finally figured out where the package was. Allegiance takes great pride in taking care of their customers and making sure that they are happy at all cost I have been buying my clothes here from when they first opened in Temecula mall. “I was trying on a variety of clothes and the man working the dressing room was absolutely amazing. (His name might've been Octavian but I'm horrible with names). He helped me build a whole outfit. I ended up buying way more than I originally came here for, but it made such a great outfit I can't complain. I would've never mixed and matched those pieces of clothing together on my own. I used to use a personal stylist at the Macys in UTC, but she recently retired, I wish I could hire this man to shop with me everywhere he was so helpful.”

“Helpful and Honest I came here because I was in need of Dickies. Not just any kinds, specific colors and model numbers. They had the shirt, they had the pants and I wasn't sure if the cargo pants were the right cargo pants. What I had listed was cargo pants with a brand number. I couldn't find the brand number but it was listed as cargo pants. I spoke with the youngest guy working there and he wasn't sure. He checked with someone else and then checked online for me. What I was looking for is the industrial Dickies cargo pants that they don't sell. He showed me how to find them online and I appreciated that. Most places might be lazy and just try to take your business since your paper says exactly what they sell, which was cargo pants. Going above and beyond saved me from issues later and so 5 star service. The prices aren't bad and lower than most of the places I'd look. I just need to be frugal right now and get the best deal but I'll be shopping here in the future.”

“Its one of the small clothing stores inside the mall but it does have a good selection of clothing at reasonable prices. This was my second time in this store and i did find a couple of things that i liked. One thing I don't understand its why they try to sell you a bag for your purchased items, I thought grocery stores where the only ones that needed to charge for bags according to the bag law. Where will the money be going towards if i do purchase a bag..?”
