Staff at this office is always friendly and helpful. This year due to my surgery and passing of one of my parents, I needed help with changes with Covered CA and insurance plan. I was happy to be assisted by Martin who patiently explained and helped with all necessary changes and documentation. He even went beyond his duties by going over my mom’s mediCal application due to her dementia in the office today!”
