This shop did a free informal appraisal, it was for my personal interest only. I don’t know if they would have charged, if it was for insurance purposes. They had it sized and ready for me the following day. I was very impressed with their service and professionalism.”

I did think it was interesting that they have a few cute wedding items like crowns, bath robes, eye masks for sleeping, and shot glasses. Overall, it's a cute store.”

I switched to this Daniel’s location instead which I was apprehensive about but I ended up receiving great service which brought me so much relief after the frustration with the other location. Maria is amazing, kind, and very helpful. She acknowledged my frustration with the other location then went above and beyond to help me with the issue and more. She took the initiative to fully understand what I needed by contacting me directly before I showed up instead of turning me away and dismissing me like the Carlsbad location. I will be coming back to this Daniels in the future because of the exceptional experience and kindness of Maria.”

It just kept getting worse so I came as a last resort to save it. I bought a titanium belly ring and it has been two weeks and gets better everyday. It calmed down immediately when I put their jewelry in so the titanium is definitely real here. The girl was really nice too.”
