I shared the full story of my wedding ring repair in my Yelp review, but I still had to share the before-and-after pictures here because craftsmanship like this deserves to be seen. Their amazing work should not go unnoticed.
I also had to bring in my bracelets. One bracelet sat noticeably higher than the other and constantly snagged on everything. I had been told by another jeweler that it couldn’t be framed lower, so I accepted it. Kim Quang Jewelry took a close look and, once again, made the impossible possible. The craftsmanship is flawless, and now my bracelets wear comfortably.
Just as impressive as their work is their customer service. From the moment you walk in, everyone is welcoming and genuinely cares. Linda is absolutely amazing—kind, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the entire process. She truly makes you feel like your jewelry is in the best hands.

Had a pleasure to work with Nazzy again, she’s the absolute best! Thank you for helping my wife in acquiring her dream watch earlier than expected; Datejust 36 / fluted and jubilee bracelet.
