LabCorp is a global life sciences and healthcare company focused on improving health and lives through medical testing. Its Patient Service Centers offer routine testing and recommended screenings, with results available in a patient portal. Appointments are recommended, though walk-ins are welcome. Reviews note that staff are often described as very nice, friendly, and efficient, with a fast and streamlined process for those with appointments. However, experiences vary significantly between locations and visit types. A common theme is that appointments are crucial; wait times for walk-ins are frequently reported as long, lengthy, and ridiculous, even when the center appears quiet. Appointments can book up weeks in advance. Some locations are praised for being fast, with patients seen in minutes at their scheduled time, while others cite apathy and a lack of motivation from staff during walk-in visits. The convenience of Saturday hours and multiple locations is appreciated, but the specific setup of a center—such as being attached to a medical center with a slow elevator—can affect the experience.
Staff is good, but overworked by the LabCorp business model that is overbooked and understaffed, which sadly is becoming the trend in all healthcare. Facility is clean, and the staff nice, so it has that going for it. Five stars for the staff, one star for LabCorp.

The staff work their butt's off and try to do a good job. Give them a break...Stop whining...

The space is tiny and poorly organized; check-in is a mess because everyone is stepping over each other at the kiosks. To make matters worse, the bathrooms smell, and there’s zero privacy for lab samples—you have to leave your urine on a table in full view of the lobby.
