“First time today at this location. It was inside a nice medical building, plenty of parking available. Mine is a walk-in which took about 30-45 minutes. The service was excellent. Leslie was very professional on all levels, even though she was busy... and that's what's important, just keeping a great attitude. I appreciate her! She went over the blood tests a couple of times which was good, and she also made sure she had me check that the labeling was correct, which was excellent. Like i said, very professional..”

“This is my first time here. From checking in to blood draw was 35 minutes. They are very fast and have everything streamlined. You check in on an iPad station be sure you have drivers license and health insurance card with you. Verification of my orders was completed 30 minutes later and my blood draw done 5 minutes after that. My phlebotomist Kathy was amazing, very friendly, efficient and nearly painless. Thank you Kathy, I will ask for you next time.”

“I've reviewed another lab in the past and it was negative. Many years ago. I think it's only fair that when I have a better experience I should leave a positive review. I went to Quest today. Had an appointment and check in was really easy. Just scan your QR code and sit down. Despite a waiting room full of people, they called me in less than 5 minutes. Brooklyn was my nurse and she was extremely professional. She asked about which arm to draw from and when I told her my veins are hard to find sometimes, she opted to use a smaller needle. She was informative each step of the way and made the experience pleasant. I'll be going back frequently due to some recent issues and I look forward to receiving professional care from Brooklyn and the team at Quest. If at all possible, book an appointment in advance and you should be in and out quickly.”
