“I've been in a couple times and they've been nothing but nice and had what I was looking for ready to go and at a reasonable price. One time I actually got to the counter and rang up and the dude working there told the woman ringing me up "Oh, that one says $24 but it's $19 right now, it should be marked down", he didn't need to, just a solid honest gesture. Really bad Mexican soap opera blaring on the TV but hey that's part of the charm.”

“Awesome tiger trail and outpost at the Safari park. Good place to stop and catch your breath and cool off from the heat. We like to just walk around and look at the little shop inside. There are also good clean bathrooms nearby.”

“I really enjoy this place; second visit... first visit was 3 years back. same cars in the barn and the outbuilding at the top of the hill. The cars in the barn are particularly forlorn with debris inside them, flat tires... they are housed, but not well taken care of, which is a crying shame. as if someone just decided to give up on them. still, nice enough place to visit.”

“My favorite liquor store to pick up craft beer in East Escondido, selection might not be as good as the other "craft beer " spot across the street but prefer the service and prices from this spot hands down. “This store has a huge selection of wine, spirits, beer, and snacks. It's is genuinely an amazing selection to choose from, stocked floor to ceiling. Every time, the staff has been friendly and helpful when I needed help locating something in the store.On the inside of the store, it's very organized, clean, and well lit. There is a large refrigerated section to pick up cold craft beer. They have beer by the bottle, can, large and small packs.lot of the selection is local to San Diego. They also carry unconventional alcohol like Sake, which is hard to find at other stores. Aside from the drinks, they have a lot of the last-minute things you would need for a party. There is also non alcoholic beverages, sodas, and a great selection of water to choose from.There is a large parking lot with wheelchair accessible parking located to the right of the front entrance. There is also a ramp up to the front. The lot can get busy depending on the time of day, but there is enough parking that you can always find something.This is a great spot to stop by if you have multiple errands to run. There are many lunch spots nearby, a gas station, and a Starbucks as well. It is very convenient for a one-stop shopping experience.”

“I am surprised to read others negative experiences here. My children, husband, 2 of their friends, and I had a wonderful shopping visit. Having just left Al's liquor store down the road by Del Dios Middle School with the worst discriminatory experience? Here at Valley Market the owner was incredibly sweet and welcoming we even chatted a bit about how kind he was with the kids and his great customer service. Overall we can say we really love this market.”

“When you need something very specific, this is the place to go. They always have the brand of tequila and agave syrup that I prefer. It can be a little pricey, but the great selection is worth it.”
