Nomad Ventures is a store chock full of fun and great gear. It is packed with so much cool equipment, offering the best gear for backpacking from ultralight and cottage brands that no one else has, with none of the cheapo, heavy, low quality stuff. It is one of the only physical retailers in the country for ULA backpacks with tons of stock. The prices are basically the same as you would find online. The employees are super helpful, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and kind, with first-hand experience to guide selections. They know the products and provide excellent customer service, which makes the place special. Customers can wander forever looking at everything, directly comparing all of the best equipment. It is worth the drive no matter where you are, with many planning to return and do all their purchasing there. The amazing people and selection have remained consistently excellent over the years.

Love coming in to the store. Staff is always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. As a rock climber this is one of my go 2 stores for all things climbing and outdoors.
