Had to do an online purchase return. Decided to go to the store. Was helped by the most lovely young lady called Emma, she has a super personality, friendly face. Was extremely helpful to me. Offered some clothing substitutes for what I was returning. A very good interaction.

I always find something I like at Old Navy. My only caution, try the items on. Many of the items from large. But it's always good quality at a wonderful price
