The lady in the store refused to exchange an item, which had shrunk despite following clothing labels, for the same size. Even though they had it. The store later offered to return the item only after I complained to my bank. Terrible customer service. The clothes here are cheap quality as well. Go elsewhere.

The girl who works there is extremly rood. She should clean up the mess and the dirt in the store and fitting room instead giving the attitude to the customers for no reason. Never coming back.

Horrible customer service!!! I really don’t know what it is about that store…music way too loud & we felt uncomfortable asking the employees for help… everyone was in such a salty mood. Only store in the Escondido Westfield mall that we felt this way. :/
