Refused to take in internet equipment stating i had to call customer service and send it off through the postal service. It states very clearly that i can return my internet box to the store

The Verizon store in escondido is very helpful. He helped me solved my issues very quickly and was attentive and knowledgeable as well as customer service friendly. He was able to solve all of my issues! I will be coming back again! Thank you for all your help!
