Monte Verde Estates is a well taken care of and very clean community tucked away from the craziness of Escondido. It is up the hill with amazing breeze and super nice views. The park has been looking a lot cleaner, with a bright blue pool, and the whole property looks great. New management is incredible, treating residents like family and making the move-in process incredible. The maintenance department does great work, getting jobs done in record time. Any issue is taken care of literally within the hour. The work crew is very friendly, helpful, and totally on top of it. Everyone is so personable, kind, and respectful. There is so much pride taken in the park, which seems to have come alive. It is the best community and was the perfect choice.
Monte verde states are amazing to leave in you can see a beautiful view of Escondido! Xochitl is an amazing manager she maid hamburgers for all the residents for the pool grand opening for summer maintenance guys are really friendly to you should come and check it out 💕
