“My husband and I have lived here for almost 2 years now. I can proudly say it’s a safe and clean place to live.They have cameras now all around the apartments. The pools area is nice and big for bbq and family and friends coming over. Their maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful.”
“What a great place to live at . It feels like country living and city life in one bc you can see the mountains and drive right over to sprouts . It is a plus that it is near down town vista which has a lot of cute restaurants. I had to give it a 5 star bc the office team and maintenance have been on top of my to do list . I just can’t wait to keep enjoying my life”

“Been at Monte Vista Estates for about 6 years, and it’s such a great place to live. After long work hours in downtown Escondido, coming home here always feels calming and much quieter than any other mobile home park.
The pool is always kept clean every week, and the gym is always open. I’ve gone through many managers over the years, but the one who stands out the most is Xochie. She’s very helpful, nice, and down-to-earth, which is rare to find nowadays. Whenever there’s a problem, she and the maintenance team handle it quickly and carefully.
I’m definitely going to miss this place, but if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful to live, you should really take advantage of this community like I did. Ps… it has the most Stunning views of Escondido ❤️”
