Walgreens is a busy pharmacy where the employees hustle. The main employees and pharmacist are the best, with some described as a gem. Staff members are noted for being really helpful, going out of their way to check and confirm items and promotions, helping customers save money. They provide excellent customer service, fixing issues without hesitation and going above and beyond. Even when problems arise, the team works to turn a negative into a positive by going the extra mile. However, the pharmacy can be very busy for its volume, and some new hires are noted as not as customer-focused or friendly. Overall, the service makes a positive difference for many customers.
The pharmacy here is busy and the employees hustle. Made an appointment for the updated Covid booster online. Checked in and was out of there in 30 minutes including the wait time after injection. The pharmacist is a gem. So grateful to get the newest Covid vaccine!

Poor customer service ? Pharmacy is to busy for it's volume, New hires aren't as customer focused or friendly, main employees and pharmacist are the best.

Excellent customer service by Christian (Lead). He fixed an online issue I had without hesitation. He went above and beyond.
