“WeCare Pharmacy offers personalized care, friendly and fast service, medication delivery, and helpful and knowledgeable staff, often distinguishing itself from large chains. Rana is a top notch pharmacist who cares, is kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and knowing customers by name. I felt very confident transferring my prescriptions to her and she was fast and reliable filling them which minimized wait times. She’s highly professional and she made it so painless and easy by transferring my prescriptions from one of the largest chains pharmacy and had them delivered within 24 hours!!! “I have been using Albertsons Pharmacy (Sav-On) for years now. Firstly, I came from a competitor because of convenience as to where I live because it is within walking distance and being an Albertsons patron for well over twelve years. I cannot say every interaction has been perfect. Who can? Yet, I have come to know most of the employees and manager. They have always treated me with respect even when not shopping there with a passing wave while shopping in Albertsons.
However, I have to give special accolades to Andy. He went far and above what would be normal for an employee or manager as far as that goes. For whatever reason the copay for a prescription jumped big time and I in my old guy ways I reacted totally inappropriately. Andy, maintained his professionalism with me while sought to resolve the cause for the change in copay. He extended courtesy when he had all the right to toss me out on my ear.
Through his earnest professionalism the challenge was resolved. It was on my end of the transaction and not fault of Albertsons Pharmacy. I will continue to be a patron of Albertsons Pharmacy as well as Albertsons.”

“This is my neighborhood pharmacy. I go here because it is very convenient to my home. They are usually busy but no long lines. I recently had my flu and pneumonia vaccines here. They have a private room where they give the vaccines. I get prescriptions filled, and the price is reasonable.”

— it’s busy, fast, and probably nonstop. The 24-hour El Norte Parkway location can feel a little chaotic, and even at E. Valley Parkway you can sometimes see the stress on the team (we see those “I survived today” faces).
Wait times can run long, and small things like getting just one syringe with a child’s antibiotic — can make parents feel like we’re rationing supplies at home. A tiny bit more ease, extra syringe generosity, and a calmer front-desk vibe would make a big difference.
Totally understand it’s a tough job — just sharing this with a little humor and a lot of respect.

“Has been my go to pharmacy for 5 years (since I moved to Escondido area) Most of the staff are great!! I get 5 prescriptions every month and an additional 3 scripts on file for as needed basis throughout the year. Wish I could say after years & years of getting my prescriptions that they always have my meds in, but they just don’t. Often I have to wait or get a partial refill, but overall they are good.
I miss earning points from my scripts. I used Walgreens for 11 years in Seattle, and spent hundreds every month at Walgreens because the points added up so quickly and the rewards were great!! I had to switch to CVS when I moved away. Since I’ve moved to California I’ve used Walgreens but I’m debating switching to CVS so I can earn rewards for all my scripts, but that’s nothing personal regarding this location, more of corporate policy changes.”

She took the time to help us and guide us through how to resolve the issue unlike any other pharmacy would do. She treated us as humans and I can not express enough how much her actions meant to us. “I appreciate there is lots of parking, and this CVS is open 24/7. Photo services onsite which is nice. Pharmacy often has long line/wait times. Clean, well stocked mostly. Had to purchase crutches in a moments notice and was glad this CVS had them in stock for pick up. Lots of items now locked up so you'll have to wait for someone to open them for you. Good location off the 15. Always has what I need in stock.”

“The people here are warm and friendly. They are responsive when you call, and it's one of the very few places left that isn't a robot menu when you call. That means a lot to me. They have done primarily mail order/courier delivery for me over the years. I was skeptical of them at first, but was pleasantly surprised. This is a good example of a customer-centric business! You won't regret switching to them! Highly recommended!”
