“Just got done switching all my prescriptions, I have 5 or 6, to El Norte from CVS on a recommendation from my wife. I had been picking up hers for about 6 months there with ZERO ISSUES. There's enough bad press about CVS that there is no need for me to jump on. The CVS at El Norte Parkway is drastically understaffed! When I go in to pick up scrips at El Norte, they know my name! It's a small shop, not open 24 hours or weekends but the good outweighs this inconvenience at a dramatic level.”

— it’s busy, fast, and probably nonstop. The 24-hour El Norte Parkway location can feel a little chaotic, and even at E. Valley Parkway you can sometimes see the stress on the team (we see those “I survived today” faces).
Wait times can run long, and small things like getting just one syringe with a child’s antibiotic — can make parents feel like we’re rationing supplies at home. A tiny bit more ease, extra syringe generosity, and a calmer front-desk vibe would make a big difference.
Totally understand it’s a tough job — just sharing this with a little humor and a lot of respect.

“I appreciate there is lots of parking, and this CVS is open 24/7. Photo services onsite which is nice. Pharmacy often has long line/wait times. Clean, well stocked mostly. Had to purchase crutches in a moments notice and was glad this CVS had them in stock for pick up. Lots of items now locked up so you'll have to wait for someone to open them for you. Good location off the 15. Always has what I need in stock.”

“The people here are warm and friendly. They are responsive when you call, and it's one of the very few places left that isn't a robot menu when you call. That means a lot to me. They have done primarily mail order/courier delivery for me over the years. I was skeptical of them at first, but was pleasantly surprised. This is a good example of a customer-centric business! You won't regret switching to them! Highly recommended!”
